* Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 9 oz
* Flav-R-Pac Asian Stiry fry veggies (from sam's), 4 cups
* Coconut Oil, 4 tbsp

Directions
1. Heat pan with coconut oil, add chicken with some garlic, ginger, and other no carb seasonings of choice (these are not added to nutritional value, due to me constantly changing what I use). Brown chicken on both sides.
2. Add veggies to the pan and cook till warmed throughout.
