Minced Meat Schnitzel

Ingredients

1/2 lb Ground beef, lean
1 Tbsp Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
1 Tbsp All-purpose flour
1 dash Pepper, black
3 Eggs
Canola Oil
1 dash Salt
Tips
Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
Directions
Mix the meat, milk, eggs, salt and pepper well and let stand in the fridge for half an hour. Form 4 schnitzels and flour them well. Fry in hot oil*.
*I have only included 2 Tbsp of oil in the calorie calculation, but you will need more to fry the schnitzels. Once you fry them, you can place them in a plate covered with paper towels/napkins to remove the extra oil.
