Introduction

Easy, cookls while your at work, stick to your ribs dinner. Add a side salad and your done. Easy, cookls while your at work, stick to your ribs dinner. Add a side salad and your done.

Ingredients

    2.5 to 3 lb pot roast
    2 lg onion - sliced or quartered
    4 lg parsnips
    20 baby carrots
    2 pkg dry brown gravey mix

Tips

If you like a little kick you your meal add driec pepper flackes to pot when starting. Adjust to taste.
*the parsnips lowers the carbs by taking the place of potatoes*


Directions

slice vegtables and place along side meat in crock pot. add enough water to almost cover food. Turn crock pot to low and let cook while you are at work. Once returning to home turn crock pot off pour off half or water, add two packages of brown gravey mix. Stir to mix gravey. let stand while you make salad. serve.
