Lori's Better 'n Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients

1 42 oz box quick oats
1 18 oz jar Better n Peanut Butter
3 C coconut
1 16 oz jar honey +- to taste
2 C chopped unsalted cashews
2 T Cinnamon
2 C sliced almonds
2 T Vanilla
1 C raisins
¾ C chopped dates
Tips
I have also added other things such as flaxseed meal, dried apples, raisins, dried blueberries.
Directions
In very large bowl mix oats, coconut and nuts. Set aside.
In med saucepan mix peanut butter, honey & cinnamon. Heat until somewhat runny. Add vanilla. Stir well.
Pour peanut butter mixture over oats and mix well. Spread onto cookie sheets. (I use 3 of them) Bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely then add raisins and dates.
Serving Size: Makes 48 1/2 cup servings
