Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Shrimp, raw, 17 medium, coarsely chopped
    Imitation crab meat, 1 cup, chopped
    Minced Garlic, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Fat free half and half, 1 cup
    Darigold Fat Free Sour Cream, 1/2 c
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Pasta, cooked, 8 oz
    Asiago or Parmesan cheese (opt., but calculated)



Directions

In medium sauce pan, saute onions and garlic in ICBINB and olive oil; add shrimp and krab; saute until shrimp turns pink. Add 1/2 & 1/2 and sour cream and parsley. Might need to thicken with 1 Tbsp cornstarch (not calculated) and 1/4 c water.

cook and drain pasta. Mix with sauce. Serve topped with 1 tsp grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese (optional). Nice with a tossed green salad.
