Brown Rice Dinner

Introduction

Great as a side dish or Main dish. Great as a side dish or Main dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of fresh salsa (no sugar)
    1 cup of frozen corn
    1/2 of a chopped red bell pepper
    3/4 cup of cooked black beans (drained
    and rinsed)
    a pinch of pepper to taste

Directions

Begin by combining:
1 cup of Brown Rice
2.5 cups water

Bring to rolling boil, reduce heat and simmer/steam for 45 minutes (or package directions). Half way through the cooking time, add the remaining ingrediants.
