Scrumptious! I used La Victoria cilantro salsa, med. hot; I added more cumin & oregano than called for, plus lemon pepper & bay leaves. I used my own broth from boiling a whole chicken recently. Will definitely get more than 4 servings from this batch, so I'm counting 0.75 each when tracking. - 3/2/09

Very tasty! I subbed frozen mixed veggies in place of the frozen corn just because I had it on hand. Otherwise prepared as directed. For me it turned out thin as for soup, so that's how we ate it. I could have added thickener or put on stove top to reduce down to more of a stew, but still yummy - 11/11/08

This was so great! My first crock pot experience, thanks for this recipe. I used a whole foods brand salsa (medium hot) and low sodium chicken broth. I was worried about the sodium content altering the flavor since I used low sodium broth but it was perfect. I see myself making this often. - 8/17/10
