turkey sausage breakfast casserole

    crescent rolls - 1 can (8 servings)
    turkey - smoked sausage - 7 oz
    hash browns - 4 cup
    egg substitute, 2.5 cup
    green onions, 1/3 cup
    cheddar cheese - finely shredded 1 3/4 cup
    Skim Extra Milk, 1.5 cup


Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 with non stick spray. Unroll crescent rolls and lay in the bottom of prepared pan. Spread hash browns evenly on top of dough. Top with turkey sausage, green onions and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. pour over top of casserole.

bake for about 1 hour. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve
