You can refridgerate the left over sauce and cut your time in half the next time you make it. Ingredients

    1 tsp vanilla
    1 ounce almond breeze vanilla
    2 slices texas toast
    1 ounce water
    1 large egg

    SAUCE
    1/2 c. pears
    1 oz. orange juice
    i/3 c. sugar free syrup
    1 oz. lime juice

Directions

Beat egg; water ;almond milk; vanilla in bowl. coat bread; spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Brown bread on both sides. In seperate microwave safe bowl combine ingriediants for sauce and microwave for 2and 1/2 minutes. Serve each piece of toast with 2Tbls. sauce. Unused sauce can be saved for future use in fridge.
