    Ingredients mix in bowl

    1 box - Betty Crocker - Low-Fat Fudge Brownie Mix
    1cup - Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
    1box- Fresh & Easy Goodness California Seedless Raisins
    3 mashed Banana, fresh
    4scoops -MRM - Whey Dutch Chocolate Protein
    1cup Egg Beaters

Tips

This is super yummy. Low carb for 15g. Good for a muffin.194 calories. 7 Protein. Next time I think I will add 2 more scoops of MRM Protein mix to bump up the protein.


Directions

Mix Quaker Oats Quick 1 Minute mix dry with 1cup water. Let sit for 15 minutes. Then mix everything else according to Betty rocker Low Fat Fudge Brownie mix. The Egg Beater, Oil, raisons, protein mix mix. Mash 3 bananas and mix in also.
