    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    lo mein noodles, 2 oz (remove)
    *Soy Sauce - TJ's Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon - Product of Japan, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Chile sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *hosin sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *low-sodium vegetable broth, .50 cup (remove)
    *Sugar In The Raw, 3 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 3 1tsp (remove)Scallions, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove)


heat 1/2 tsp olive oil in pan scramble egg until hard, and remove to bowl, add 1tsp oil sauted mushroom shredded carrots and onions add 1/2 of scallions,remove to bowl when mushroom are almost soft, and 1 tsp of olive to pan and cooked shrimp and chopped garlic, cook till shrimp is pink remove from bowl. cook lo mein or pai thai noodles according to direction and rinse under cold water and drain and remain oil (1/2 tsp) to large wok,
in a sauce pan wisk together lime juice, soy sauce, chile sauce, fish sauce, hosin sauce, sugar and 1/2 cup of vegetable broth. garnish add all ingredients to noodles and heat. Garnish with rest of scallions, make about 8 servings
