IntroductionThis is my first attempt at my own style of chicken salad and adding Red Hot and some dill so it's not so boring. This is my first attempt at my own style of chicken salad and adding Red Hot and some dill so it's not so boring.
12.5 oz can white chicken breast packed in water (drained - should be about 7 oz of chicken)
3 tbsp Best Food mayo w/olive oil
1/2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce
Pinch or two of freeze-dried dill
1/4 c of mixed diced onion and celery
I love to scoop this with Special K Multigrain crackers and you can add as much Red Hot or other pepper sauce as you like!
Immediately refrigerate any leftovers.
