Couscous (dry), 1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, 8 pieces chopped Dry Basil, 1 tbsp red onion 1/4 cup chopped Garlic 1 clove minced Water 2 cups (8 fl oz) Salt 2 tsp Cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, 6 tbsp grated
Place couscous, tomatos, basil, and salt in bowl. Bowl the water and pour over couscous mix. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes. In the meantime, saute onion and garlice over medium heat until tender, but not browned. Add to couscous and fluff with fork. Stir in cheese just before serving.
