Incredible! From the first bite you know the recipe is a keeper. Canned salmon isn't always a favorite, this recipe completely changes that thought. This will be a staple in my meal planning for myself, friends and family. Nicely done!
I loved this recipe! If you have a tendency to get squeamish when fish is too "fishy" and have a sensitive gag reflex but LOVE salmon...you will like this recipe! It knocked the fishiness OUT and tasted awesome! I really enjoyed it and so did my 15 month old daughter!!! Highly recommended!! :-)
Instead of frying these burgers, I baked them in a 375 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes flipping them over halfway through. They held together beautifully. I didn't have dried parsley so added a tsp of dried dill. I divided the mixture into 6 patties so they were bigger. They were satisfying.
I absolutely loved it! I only used 1 tbsp of mayonaise and used 2 tbsp of greek style yoghurt. I do this with other recicpes as well, you will not miss the mayonaise. I added a little bit of musterd some finely chopped red pepper and used spring onions in stead of regular. Fantastic!!
I made these patties for lunch. (A trial run before I serve it to the family) I also made the dill sauce. This was my first time making salmon patties and I'm wondering why it took me so long to attemp this very easy, very delicious recipe. Thanks!
This recipe is a keeper! I don't really care for salmon much but eat it because it has so many pluses to it, but this recipe made it enjoyable. Even my 2 yr. old granddaughter ate it up and we can't get her to eat much other than pasta! She loved it!
