Ingredients

    venison ground
    spicy homecanned tomatoes with onions and peppers
    white long grain rice
    4 green peppers cut in half
    shredded cheese optional

Tips

can sprinkle cheese on top if so desire


Directions

brown venison and add the tomato mixture, add rice and cook till tender about 30mins. In micro wave pan with about 1inch of water cook peppers for 8 mins. Spoon mixture into peppers and bake for about 30 mins
