Tomato juice, without salt added, 32 fl oz
Vegetable Soup Mix - frozen, one bag
Italian Seasoning, 3 tbsp
Iodized Salt, 1 tsp
Water, 64 fl oz
Ground beef, lean, one pound
Pasta, your choice, one pound
We used bowtie pasta and the shapes held up well for leftovers the next day.
Pairs nicely with grilled cheese.
You can add shredded cheese on top for extra "oomph".
Use any ground meat, tofu crumbles, or nothing at all.
Use V-8 juice instead of the spices, salt, and tomato juice.
