Corn Chowder

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 cups cream style corn
    1 tsp cajun seasoning
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1 cup water
    1/2 pound red potatoes, cooked, pealed, and chopped
    1/2 cup half and half

    Bake red potatoes then peal and chop, set aside. Add oil to a dutch oven and saute onion and garlic until lightly browned. Add corn, seasonings and water. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and half and half.
