Jamaican Jerk Salad

Ingredients

    Jerk season marinate sauce - 2tablespoons for dressing

Tips

Squeeze lemon juice over cooked chicken and let it rest, while the salad is being prepared.
You can also use precut chicken breast to save on time.
On the Jerk Season, less is more.


Directions

Season 1-2 chicken breast with the Jamaican Walkerswood Jerk season, 2 tsp for each unless you want it extra spicy.Grilll the chicken on meadium heat for about 5 min on each side. Get 2-3 cups of romain lettuce or your favorite salad, Fresh spinach works great. Slice all the other veggies ( avocado, tomatoes etc.) and place them on top of the lettuce. In the meanwhile the chicken was resting and cooling. Slice the chicken and place on top of the lettuce and veggies. Use about 2 tablespoon of the Walkerswood Marinate and drizzle over the finished salad. Enjoy!
