Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast, no skin/bone
    2 eggs
    1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1tsp oregano
    1tsp garlic salt
    1/2 tsp seanoning salt

Directions

Whisk eggs in a square tuperware. Combine parmesan, oregano, garlic and seasoning salt in another container. Dip chicken in egg and then cheese mixture to coat. Cook in 1 Tbls of cooking oil, over medium heat, until golden. (about 5-7 minutes each side)
