Spiced Ground Pork Patties

Introduction

Can be used for meat patty with dinner (gravy is optional). On a bun with mustard and cole slaw.
It can be used for meat in tomato sauce for lasagna, spaghetti or chili

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Ground Pork, 3 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m
    Paprika, 3 tbsp
    Parsley, 3 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 3 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Celery salt 1/4 tsp, 4 serving
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 1 pepper

Tips

I make 15 patties just under 3 oz each. Then I place each patty between a folded sheet of wax paper. I freeze two patties at a time or 4. I cook two patties and have meat for dinner, two days in a row.


Directions

Grind cumin seed into a powder or use 1 tbsp powdered cumin.Crush dried Thai chili or grind with the cumin seeds.

Combine all spices and herbs with ground pork. Mix thoroughly. Put in a plastic bag and place in the fridge for 2 days.

Can be made into patties, sausage or tomato dishes
