Nice flavour, a break from plain rice. Nice flavour, a break from plain rice.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    .5 cups brown rice
    .125 cups quinoa
    .125 cups cornmeal
    .125 cups flax seed
    .125 cups fresh chives
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a saucepan, add water to cover plus 1 inch. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
