This is a quick, easy kid approved lunch option that squeezes in a few more vegies. The kids like it topped with cubed chedder cheese. This is a quick, easy kid approved lunch option that squeezes in a few more vegies. The kids like it topped with cubed chedder cheese.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients



    Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2.5 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Cauliflower, raw, 2.25 cup
    Black pepper
    garlic granular

Directions

1)Cook 1.25 cups of dry pasta till almost done. Meanwhile chop up the vegies.
2) Add these to the almost cooked pasta. If they are placed on top they will steam and you can be sure they don't over cook and get mushy.
3) drain and add the cottage cheese, and tomato.
4) season with black pepper and garlic granular and enjoy !

Serving Size: makes 4 one cup servings
