Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients

    1 box Angel Food Cake
    One 15 oz. can Pumpkin
    C Water
    tsp. Cinnamon
    One 8oz pkg Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
    A few T of water to mix with Cream Cheese

Directions

1. Let the cream cheese soften on the counter. Beat the cream cheese with a couple tablespoons of water until smooth. (This will thin out the cream cheese a bit.)
2. In a separate bowl, mix the cake mix, pumpkin, water and cinnamon together until it is smooth and well mixed.
3. In a 9x13 inch dish, sprayed with PAM, add HALF of the cake-pumpkin mix. Smooth out with a spatula.
4. Drizzle HALF of the cream cheese mixture over the top and smooth it out.
5. Add remaining cake-pumpkin mix and remaining cream cheese in layers as before.
6. Take a butter knife, stick it into the mix and go back and forth through the layers of the mixes in figure 8s this will marble it.
7. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 F OR until a toothpick comes out clean.
