Introduction

Pretty quick taco salad recipe. Pretty quick taco salad recipe.

Ingredients

    1lb Ground Turkey
    1/2cup Medium Taco Sauce
    1/2cup Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing
    2cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2cup black olive slices drained
    1 medium green pepper cut into half inch squares
    2 medium tomatoes diced (or 1 can diced tomatoes drained)
    1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
    1 small head lettuce chopped


Tips

Serve with corn bread or bread twists (not included in calculations).


Directions

Brown the ground turkey; once browned add taco sauce and heat through.

Mix all the remainder of ingredients in a bowl and add the meat mixture.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
