1 1/4 C soy flour (sifted)
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder/onion powder or minced garlic
1 C warm water
Mix on low for 3 ~ 4 mins.
Drizzle in warm water until the dough is sticky.
Scrape it out of the mixing bowl.
Will well soy floured fingers pinch off dough and form into 6 balls.
Use your hands to form into 4 inch rounds, or a rolling pin.
Fry bread in a hot pan until lightly browned and turn once.
Serving Size: Makes 6
