Baked Macaroni & Cheese (1c serving)

Ingredients

    Elbow Macaroni, 3 cups (dry)
    Campbells Cheddar Cheese (10.75oz can), 2 cans
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded, 2 oz
    Paprika, .25 tsp
    Ground Black Pepper, 0.25 tsp

    Topping:
    Plain Panko Breadcrumbs, 0.25 cup
    Salted butter, melted, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 deg. Boil and drain macaroni. In a large bowl, combine boiled macaroni and remaining ingredients, except topping. Stir until well blended. Pour into 9x13 pan. In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over macaroni mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and topping is golden.

Serving Size: Makes 5 1-cup servings
