Ingredients

    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4")
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz

Tips

This also makes a healthy sandwich when using whole grain bread.


Directions

Cube cucumber, and cheese. Chop tomatoes. Mix all together. Salt to taste.
