    Romaine lettuce - use as much as desired
    1 can drained waterpacked mandarin oranges (Split 3 ways)
    1 cucumber - sliced or diced
    18 Slices Turkey Breast (6 per person)
    3/4 cup grated colby cheese - low-fat
    3 boiled eggs- wedged
    3Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
    salt and pepper - to your taste

    Thousand Island Dressing - 2 Tbsp add 115 calories


Layer the ingredients!
(Split all ingredients 3 ways)

Break lettuce with hands into small pieces.
Add a sliced or diced cucumber.
Slice/Add the Turkey (6 slices per salad)
Evenly place drained mandarin oranges as next layer.
Add wedged egg whites evenly over the salad.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over salad.
Add salt and pepper to your taste.
