Ingredients

    2 lbs. moose meat
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. each diced: carrots, onion, celery
    beef bullion cubes, granuals or soup base to taste
    water to cover by an inch or two

Tips

1/2 cup barley or rice is a very good addition as well


Directions

add meat to slow cooker and cook on high over night (or pressure cook for 30 minutes) shred/chop meat into bite sized pieces, return to pot, add remaining ingredients and cook on low to be done at dinner time or on high until veggies are tender

Serving Size: makes 8-10 1.5-2 cup servings
