Hamburger & Veggie Whole Wheat Pizza

Ingredients

    1 loaf Rhodes Stone Ground 100% Whole Wheat frozen bread dough, thawed
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp Corn Meal
    3/4 cup Green Mill Classic Pizza Sauce
    6 oz Cooked 93% Lean Ground Beef, Crumbled
    8 oz Shredded Mozarella Cheese (part skim)
    2 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1 cup Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
    1 Medium Bell Pepper, any color
    1/2 Medium Purple Onion, chopped
    2 Plum Tomatoes, Sliced Thinly
    1/2 cup Black Olives, Sliced

Directions

Lightly coat a jelly roll pan or pizza stone with olive oil and sprinkle with corn meal. Place dough in center of pan and roll out with a small rolling pin, or press and stretch with hands to completely cover bottom and edges of pan. Poke several holes into dough with a fork. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough and top with ground beef, followed by mozarella cheese and veggies, placing the tomato slices last. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over entire pizza. Bake in a 425 degree oven for approximately 15- 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and lightly brown around the edges.
