3 veggie augratan

Introduction

Better then mac and cheese! Better then mac and cheese!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (roughly 24 oz)
    5 cups cubed winter squash
    2 cups chopped red onion
    1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    24 oz of Gouda cheese

Tips

dome the tin foil so it doesn't come in contact with the cheese. That way the cheese will stay in the pan when you take the cover off.


Directions

chop the red onion and spread across the bottom of a greased 9 by 14 pan. Then layer the squash on top of the onions. Sprinkle the 1 cup of bread crumbs on top of these two layers. Next layer is the mushrooms. On top sprinkle cubbed gouda cheese. Bake for 50 minutes covered. Let set 15 min before serving
