Granny's Famous Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon
    1 sleeve of saltine crackers (crushed)
    1 egg
    1/2 cup minced onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
    Mazola Pure Cooking Spray as needed to prevent sticking (0 cal.)

Directions

Thoroughly mix salmon, cracker crumbs, onion, garlic, egg, and seasoning in a bowl. Divide into 8 equal pieces and pat into a patty shape.

Preheat skillet. Spray with nonstick spray. Gently fry salmon patties until deep golden brown on both sides. Makes 8 patties
