    *Knorr Vegetable Bouillon - 1 cube, 3 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Rutabagas, 2 cup, cubes )
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Cabbage, savoy, fresh, 2 cup, shredded
    Beans, white, 1.5 cup
    *Orzo, Barilla, uncooked, 2 oz
    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup

Tips

Most veggies are great in this soup; orzo or barley adds heft.


Directions

cut all veggies to bite sized; simmer with seasonings, broth and liquid from canned tomatoes. Add orzo in last ten minutes.
