Mongolian Stirfry

Introduction

This is my version of my favorite stirfry restaurant. It is very healthy and is wonderful served with a tortilla or brown rice. Ingredients

    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, unpacked
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 1 can (juice and fruit)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Snow Peas, fresh, 2 cup
    Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g, 2 cup
    Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 0.5 cup slices
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed
    Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp

Directions

Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and begin to heat skillet.
Slice chicken breast into narrow strips and add to heated skillet. Cook chicken until juices run clear and chicken is white and no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and saute' over medium heat until hot and vegetables are crisp tender.
Serve with brown rice or tortillas for a filling and nutritious meal. (not included in nutritional information)
