this is a smoothie supplement that I make and I put two into a smoothie each morning this is a smoothie supplement that I make and I put two into a smoothie each morning
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    3 cups baby spinach
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    3 scoops vanilla protein powder

Directions

blencd all together until smooth, put into muffin tins and freeze. use two in a smoothie with fruit, juice, milk, whatever else you would like
