This recipe takes a while to prepare, but I think it's worth it! It is publicly shared, available free on line, from Whole Foods Market.

Directions

1. Open tofu packages and drain. To drain excess fluid, place tofu blocks side by side on a plate, and put another plate on top (bottom of top plate on top of tofu blocks. Put about a pound can on top plate for about 30 minutes. Pour off extra fluid and cut tofu into 3/4 to 1 inch slices.
2. In small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and herbs.

6. Bake for about 60 minutes or until tofu slices are slightly browned and firmed.
