Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 parts brown rice flour
    3 parts corn starch
    2 parts soy flour, sorghum or garvava flour
    1 part masa harina

Tips

Her bread recipe calls for 2 1/4 cups of this mix into her recepie and can make about 4 loaves of bread. It's great!


Directions

Measure each ingredient separately.
I use cups for the "parts".
Combine and mix thoroughly, making sure there is no streaking or clumping.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Yield 2 1/4 cup usable flour
