Introduction

Ingredients

    black beans, 3.5 cups, low sodium(2-15 oz. cans)
    corn, frozen, 1 cup
    carrots, chopped, 2 cups
    celery, chopped, 2 cups
    broccoli, 2 cup, frozen
    canned diced tomatoes, 3.5 cups no salt added (2-15 0z cans)
    chili powder, 2 tsp
    cumin, 1 Tbsp
    Mrs. Dash, 2 tsp
    garlic, chopped, 1 tsp
    water, tap, 3 cups
    Newman's Own Natural Chunky Salsa-Mild, 1-16 oz. jar
    onions, raw, 2 cups

Directions

Saute onions, celery, and garlic in sauce pan. Add rest of ingredients into sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 45-60 minutes.
