Introduction

Ingredients

    black beans, 4 cups, cooked, no salt
    carrots, chopped, 2 cups
    celery, chopped, 2 cup
    chili powder, 2 tsp
    cumin, 2 Tbsp
    3 tbsp garlic powder
    water, tap, 3 cups
    Newman's Own Natural Chunky Salsa-Mild, 1-16 oz. jar
    onions, raw, 2 cups
    2 cups Kale, raw, chopped
    3 medium Zucchini, chopped
    2-15 ounce cans diced tomatoes, no salt

Directions

Saute onions, celery, and garlic in sauce pan. Add all ingredients into pressure cooker (15 lbs). Bring to pressure and cook 6 minutes. Cool immediately.
