Rox Taco Salad

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 pkg Taco Bell taco seasoning mix
    1 box Azteca salad shells
    4 c shredded lettuce
    1 c shredded colby/jack cheese
    1/2 c chopped onion
    8 Tbsp Pace picante sauce
    8 Tbsp sour cream

Directions

Brown the ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning mix and prep as per the package.

Prep the salad shells as per the package.

When shells are done and 1/4 of the ground beef mixture, 1 cup lettuce, 1/4 c shredded cheese, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp picante sauce, 2 tbsp sour cream

Serving Size: Makes 4 salads
