1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup cooked and drained pinto beans
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 small onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbs chopped fresh parsley
1 large egg
1/2 to 3/4 cup crushed Fiber One Cereal
Form into 6 small thin burgers.
Bake in 350 degree oven on parchment paper for 20 - 30 minutes or until done.
Serving Size: Makes 6
