Mini Turkey Loafs (Foster Farm)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 19

Ingredients

    Foster Farms Ground Turkey, 48 oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)

Directions

Chop all veggies into tiny pieces. Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce and mix well. Spray muffin tins with non stick spray. Fill tins to the top but do not over fill. Cook in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Season tomato sauce as desired. I use Garlic Salt, Pepper, Onion Salt and a little Oregano and Parsley. Put one tsp of tomato sauce on top of each mini loaf and return to oven for about 5 min.

Serving Size: Makes 19 muffin size loaves.
