Introduction

Greek sauce Greek sauce
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    One cup fat free yogurt
    One cucumber, pealed, seeds removed, chopped
    1 tsp chopped garlic
    1 tsp dill
    2 tsp lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Throw all in blender, blend. Allow to drain over night in fridge by pouring it in to a strainer with a coffee filter liner. Place over a bowl to catch fluids. Ready in several hours -- leave over night to make it thicker.
