IntroductionCanned Salmon made into burger patties Canned Salmon made into burger patties
2 Cups leftover Cornbread- about two pieces ( smushed into crumbs)
1 14.75oz canned salmon( drained but save 2 tbls of the juice
1/4 cup fat free milk
small onion finely diced
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp lemon pepper ( I sprinkle this on after they are done cooking)
I like to squirt extra lemon and sprinkle lemon pepper and Tabasco on mine after cooking.
Serving Size: makes 8 one patty serving
