'BBQ' Low Calorie Chicken

Introduction

Fantastic accidental new favorite! I love this! Fantastic accidental new favorite! I love this!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 oz thawed boneless/skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup One Carb Reduced Sugar Ketchup (Heinz)
    1/4 cup Franks Original Hot Sauce
    Salt, Pepper to taste

Tips

Great cold or hot! Eat as a sandwich with purple onion garnsih, or wrapped into a quickie taco! Also, great on a salad with diced fuji apple!


Directions

1) Cook chicken normally until well done; set aside and let cool.

2) Mix Ketchup and Hot Sauce together until well blended/smooth.

3) Finely chop chicken and place into bowl. Pour sauce mixture over it.

4) Using your hands, mix ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate.

Note: Can be reheated for a warm meal. Great with a side of veggies, or with corn tortillas!
