Key West Grilled Chicken

Introduction

Quick marinade. Grill as whole breasts, or cut into cubes and grill on a kebab with onions and pineapple. Quick marinade. Grill as whole breasts, or cut into cubes and grill on a kebab with onions and pineapple.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    Juice of 1 lime
    1 tsp minced garlic
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

Combine soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice and garlic. Pour over chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes. (I usually let mine marinate for up to 5 hours.) If you prefer kebabs, cube chicken and skewer, then pour marinade over skewers.

Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
