Sesame ginger Noodle Bowl
IntroductionI love Chinese Food, however it doesn't love me back. So I came up with this recipe. I love Chinese Food, however it doesn't love me back. So I came up with this recipe.
1 8oz pkg tofu shirataki noodles spaghetti shape
1 cup sliced carrots. celery, and onions
1 cup frozen peas
4 large button mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup kens sesame ginger marinade
2 tbsp lightr soy sauce
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
The sesame ginger marinade as 24 carbs for the whole dish, I chose this because it has no sodium. For someone that doesn't have high blood pressure, youcould use half the marinade and add more soy sauce. You would decrease the carb count by 12 grams
Divide between to bowls and sprinkle sesame seeds over top.
