Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium shredded

    Carrots, raw, 2 medium grated

    Scallions, raw, 3 medium minced

    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)

    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)

    Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 cup

    Dried Oregano, 2 tsp

    Kroger brand Fiber Powder, 10 tsp

Tips


Directions

Combine the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl and pour the boiling water over the mixture. Allow the mixture to steep for 5 minutes; drain well. Return the cabbage and carrots to the bowl. Mix in the green onion, vinegar, 1/2 cup of water, fiber powder, and oregano. Toss until all ingredients are combined. Chill for 20 minutes before serving
