Xana's Chili Beans

Introduction

I developed this recipe years ago because I liked Wendy's Chili and wanted to have it at home. I developed this recipe years ago because I liked Wendy's Chili and wanted to have it at home.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Ground Round (beef)
    1 diced onion
    1 15 oz canned diced tomatoes
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    2 diced jalapeno
    1 Tbs. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 can Ranch Style Beans (or pinto beans)


Directions

In a frying pan, brown the meat and the diced onion. When browned add remaining ingredient except the beans and mix over medium heat. When mixed add beans and cook on low to medium heat 15-20 minutes or until the desired consistance. Stir to keep the mixture from sticking. Makes 8 servings.
