Ingredients

    90% lean hamburg
    1 can black beans
    5 oz low fat or fat free shredded cheddar
    1 jar salsa
    1 package prepared corn bread mix ( such as Jiffy)

Directions

drain hamburg, layer hamburg,beans,cheese,salsa, in that order in casserole dish. Prepare cornbread according to package directions. spread over top. Bake in 350 oven for approx 25 to thirty min. or untill cornbread is completly cooked an slightly brown.
