Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Avocado, ripe to overripe
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp cumin
    1/2 lemon

Directions

Cut the avocado in half, and remove the pit. scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add sour cream, amd mix until avocado is mashed and only a few chunks remain. Add salt, lemon juice and cumin. Stir until lemon juice is incporporated and cumin is no longer visible. Or the easy way to do this recipe is to add everything to a blender or vita mix and blend on high for 20-30 seconds.

Serving Size: makes about 2 cups
